Today during the plenary gathering of the Inter Parliamentary Forum on the Future of Europe taking place here in Brussels in the European Parliament, I came up with new innovative name for the Constitution. I suggest Text KFC or Text Known Formerly as Constitution :)I still do not understand whether people suggesting to get rid of the title realise that it won't change anything in the minds of individual citizens and everyone will continute to call "spade a spade..."
