It is hard to believe that Peter is no longer with us. Just last week when I was in Strasbourg, I was speaking to a colleague in COE DYS and asked to send greetings to Peter and tell him that I would like to visit him during June session... I will not be able to do that... But I will cherish the memory of Peter as an intellectual, as an encouraging colleague, as a great company and most of all as a friend and mentor!May your soul rest in peace and may all the work, care and love that you put to Europe and to people remain the monument for your life! We will miss you!
