Biking and Blood Diamond

Weekend past so quickly again... Saturday involved a lot of physical activity we went went on biking with Neringa and her colleague Francisco and his girlfriend Sussane. I was never a fan of outdoor activities, but it seems I am starting to like it... it just cleans your head from different thoughts and gives you a chance to breathe... We went to Tervuren village, they have a very cozy tavern there called "Gambrinus", where they have a great cuisine... so after a 30 minutes ride from Brussels Montgomery to Tervuren a cold beer in Gambrinus is just about everything you need for that moment...

We also saw African Museum and Tervuren castle and lakes surrounding it... very beautiful scenery and pleasant place to hang out or have a picnic at...

In the evening after returning to Brussels we went for a movie "Blood diamond" with Leo Di Caprio...for my taste not impressive, it is a mixture of good movie for a right cause and typical American action shoot-out... I am not sure that they were able to reach heights on any of those two...

So quite an active Saturday turned into calm Sunday, with a little bit of cleaning and watching yet another movie on DVD - Lucky number Slevin... I liked this one... not for the story, but rather for the pictures, views and set up scenes...very tasteful and pleasant for an eye to watch...

So far so good...

...tonight French class after a week of being away...c'est parfait! :)

Hmmm... I have to confess that I liked "Blood Diamond" a lot! I found it very African, actually. I think you should watch it again :)

Well you might have the eye to that... When I say it is an American action is that the amount of bullents that were shot during the movie was equal to the time the movie lasted...
...just you know the traditional role models of rough guy and beautiful rolemodel lady, their interaction...
...side story of father and a son...
Just did not feel right... might be that after second try it would go better...
