This is a quote from - COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1546/2006 of 4 October 2006 amending Regulation (EC) No 622/2003 laying down measures for the implementation of the common basic standards on aviation security

Questions that one might raise:

- What is secret legislation and how can you obey or question it if you do not even know what it says?
- Who has the mandate to develop such legislation on behalf of the citizens?

So do not forget that you are not allowed to have any liquid of more than 100 ml size in your carry-on luggage and of course you are oblidged to follow the secret rule ;)
